Job description

We are a company specializing in outsourcing of services in the field of telephone customer service and sales. We belong to the Etrose Holding Group. Every day, we support our clients in achieving their business goals by serving more than 12 European markets. We operate in three branches in Poland. We are constantly developing, we dynamically increase the number of orders processed and we expand our structures. In connection with plans for further intensive development to our branch in Warsaw, we are looking for a person for the position:


Sales Team Leader (Call Center)


Your responsibilities will include:    

  • Managing the work of the Call Center consultants team,    
  • Implementation of set sales and quality goals,    
  • Monitoring the substantive knowledge of the team,    
  • Implementing system and process changes, active participation in project development, undertaking own initiatives,
  • Supporting consultants in the implementation of daily tasks,    
  • Organizing and settlement of working time,    
  • Monitoring the implementation of sales plans,    
  • Supporting the development and improvement of the employees' workshop, conducting coaching and monitoring of conversations,    
  • Building positive relationships in the team, motivating,    
  • Implementation of motivation systems,    
  • Reporting results,    
  • Creating and updating project scripts, managing basic documentation,

Requirements

We are looking for a person who:    

  • Has at least 2 years of experience on a similar position in Call Center,    
  • Speaks English at a level that allows free communication in an international team,
  • Has an additional advantage if speaks French, Italian or Croatian at a minimum level of B2,
  • Has practical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques,    
  • Is focused on the implementation of the objectives set, shows a proactive attitude,    
  • Is an effective manager, can set real goals for himself and others and implement them together,    
  • Can motivate his team to act and gives support,    
  • Is independent in action, knows how to make decisions,    
  • Effectively works under time pressure,    
  • Is obligatory and reliable in approach to duties,    
  • Is positively oriented and self-confident,    
  • Knows the MS Office program very well (especially MS Excel),
